A Frosty Soul, 2015 16h chestnut filly

What  a pretty sweetheart!  A daughter of the popular sport horse sire Frost Giant, A Frosty Soul greeted us with friendly interest as we saw her in her stall, and she stood quietly and perfectly while her trainer brushed her to get her ready for her photo session. Her trainer says she is a very kind and good girl, and a very good eater who is still growing into her leggy frame.  But she just isn’t a good racehorse, so they want her to find a new career where she can excel.  Given her pedigree and lovely light movement with good suspension, we think that eventing, dressage, or jumping disciplines will bring out her true potential. A Frosty Soul has had 13 starts without winning. We photographed her only 3 days after she raced, and she showed no stiffness.  Her trainer says she is sound and has never had any issues, and we observed clean and tight legs.  She has the perfect pedigree for sport/jumping disciplines. Her sire Frost Giant, is by Giant’s Causeway out of a Gone West mare.  He had offspring do very well in eventing and in dressage at the RRP this year, and several Frost Giant offspring that have been placed from our listings over the past few years are showing great aptitude for eventing, jumping, and dressage. Her dam is by Perfect Soul, who is a son of the great Sadler’s Wells. A Frosty Soul is going through a growth spurt, and we think she is going to top out at close to 16.2 or perhaps even a bit bigger.  This is a truly lovely young filly with outstanding potential, and she is offered at a bargain price!
