Goin with the Flo, 2011, 16.1 Bay Mare

Easy going is even in her name!! This adorable mare is described by her connections as a hard working mare who likes to work, but is well mannered in the barn and easy to get along with. She does have an old bow, which is now over a year old, was properly rehabbed, cold and set.  She has been racing sound on all season and it is barely noticeable–so surely it will not impact her in her next career! She has been a good racemare, earning $31,000 in her 18 lifetime starts, but she has just not been able to get the elusive “next win” and her connections have decided to let her retire where she can find her competitive edge in her next discipline. Goin with the Flo is described as easy to handle and work with without stable vices.  She is currently stabled at a farm adjacent to the racetrack which should help ease her transition to post track life.  She is used to being turned out in the mornings.  She was very polite during her photo shoot and was all about the peppermints-so we think a home with lots of treats is a must.  Her exercise rider reported she is delight to ride and aims to please.  Her connections report she is retiring sound and she showed off nice movement for her jog video and was quiet and respectful of her handler despite the windy, blustery day.  She is another fabulous prospect for RRP 2018!
She is a granddaughter of champion sire Distorted Humor, and her dam is from the Meadowlake, Hold Your Peace, Prince John sire line.
