Live from New York it’s Meeker! He was a stakes placed two year old and recently arrived from the city where he was running well at  the NYRA level. Trainer said he came back a little funny after work one morning. She said they didn’t find anything wrong with him but owner decided to stop on him and said to find him a good home.

He’s been just hanging out and has a bit of cabin fever. Meeker is a big impressive horse with the look of eagles. We brought him out ourselves and he walked quietly for us. He is very forward with nice clean legs and a nice mover. He was a bit up so we didn’t want to keep him out for too long but he settled again once he halted. Very quiet and polite. He is by Read the Footnotes, so that’s a good jumping pedigree, from the Smoke Glacken line. Possibly an eventer.
