This well built, nice moving five year old has been a durable, but unsuccessful race horse, but he looks like he has excellent potential for a new sport career. He has the sloping shoulder, good hind end, and balanced build that one looks for in eventing or jumping. He is a well behaved, good minded horse, and his trainer says he is sound with no vices. For his video he was very well behaved, and showed a nice long strided walk with good flow from the shoulders, and a nice trot too. He is a grandson of Derby winner Grindstone, which means he comes from the Fappiano lines so well known for producing good jumpers. This one is a true bargain diamond in the rough looking for a person to bring out his aptitude and potential. He needs to find a new home very soon, so please step up for him!
