Pay Streak is a son of Don Corleone, the local winner of the 2004 New York Derby, an event we remember well. When Pay Streak walked out of the barn we recognized his sire in his pretty head with a big star and long barrel. He is very lightly raced with only 7 starts and one second place finish. He is described as easy to work around and all around good boy with no vices. For his jog video he showed beautiful light movement, with suspension and a flat kneed reach to his trot. We believe that his conformation, with a longer barrel, suggests that he may be a dynamite jumper. He looks like he may still have some growing to do and may well top out a bit taller. Pay Streak is an excellent prospect for any discipline; we can certainly see him eventing, doing dressage, or as a hunter/jumper.
