If you’re looking for one of the older campaigners, the been-there-done-that, seen-it-all iron horse, your search is over! This beautiful, flashy bay with lots of chrome is an elegant and gallant war horse who oozes class deserves a wonderful retirement in a loving home. He has remained sound through 91 races in which he has hit the board 43 times, earning over $110,000. He won races at 11, and is back in training at 12! That’s speaks volumes about his stamina and hardiness. His trainer says he is so quiet and sensible that you can ride him with just a halter and lead rope. As he posed for us we admired his solid bone, good looks, and his alert, wise and proud gaze. Clean legged and sound, he still has many years of pleasure to give a new person. His dam was also a durable racehorse, and has produced other good sound horses who have in turn produced the same. Soundness and durability are obviously in this guy’s genes. He showed a nice flowing, ground covering walk and a good moving trot.
