This very pretty girl certainly got our approval!  Approval has been a good consistent race mare with lots of heart and try and 5 wins including one this year, but she came out of her last race on June 20 (just 5 days before our photo session), a bit sore, so her connections have decided it is time to find her a new career in a good non-racing home.  The trainer told us that Approval  is a very good and quiet horse to handle and work with, and was always previously sound. We were told that she had just a bit of puffiness and heat in an ankle after her recent race, but it is improving  with each day… on the day we photographed her and saw her jog, she was not on any bute, and she was just ever so slightly off at the jog, but showed nice movement.  They think it is likely to be a temporary soft tissue issue that should resolve with time.  Approval is a true bargain to the right home, and references will be required.  Please take a chance on giving this lovely kind eyed mare her chance to heal and then go on to a new career. We think you will be richly rewarded.
