We know that gray/roan horses typically garner a lot of enthusiasm and interest from our faithful followers, and we expect the same for this lovely, classy mare who oozed elegance. She was perfectly quiet and cooperative while standing up for her pictures and we couldn’t help but comment on her substantial heft: this is one big mare! Her huge neck and shoulder are proportional and her muscled hind end suggests a lot of power behind. Trippi (her sire, but it’s a good nickname for her!) has been a better than average racehorse and we think she can fall into the category of “warhorse”. With 44 lifetime starts starting at the NYRA circuit and then other east coast tracks,  she has recorded a remarkable record of 8 wins, 6 seconds and 5 thirds. She has some minimal ankle rounding but it does not affect her soundness. She is described as quiet with great ground manners. With her super successful record, this mare has demonstrated heart and a strong work ethic. The connections are now ready to give her a much deserved retirement from the rigors of racing.
