“Eve” would be the perfect nickname for this girl! Her trainer describes her as “super sweet” and very good to handle. She is also reported as sound, with no issues. The trainer informed us that Don’t Eatthe Apple does crib, but they haven’t bothered to use a collar because it’s mild. She has 5 wins in 26 starts, with 8 additional top three finishes, showing her athleticism and heart. But this year, she has been slower out of the gate, and since early speed is her forte, she hasn’t been as successful in her races, so it is time to let her find a new career. She was very relaxed and quiet for her jog video, showing a nice flowing walk and a light and lovely trot with nice hints of suspension. She is sired by Awesome of Course, a son of Awesome Again from the Deputy Minister line. Her dam is by Hear No Evil, a Carson City son, and is out of a Saint Ballado mare.
