Old Fashion Amber 2015 16.2 bay gelding

Here is a handsome unraced gelding who is not going to make it as a racehorse and his trainer has decided to pull the plug on him now. He has a tendon injury that is not causing lameness and his handler, an experienced horseman, explained that she thinks he will be ready to do just about anything. He is listed on Equibase as a colt but his trainer had him gelded about a month ago. He is described as a polite and well mannered boy and, for a youngster who hasn’t been doing anything but walk on the walking machine, he was very well behaved. By the time we got to his barn, the sun was back out after a series of downpours, it was oppressively muggy and the flies and bees were out in force, so many of the horses were antsy, but this guy was just as quiet as he could be. He was a bit more active for his jog video, hence the lipchain for the jog for everyone’s safety. His connections are eager to answer any questions you may have. Before he stopped his race training, his handler ponied him during training hours and said he was very nice to work with. This is another proverbial blank slate of handsome horse for your next project, offered at a very reasonable price. He is by Old Fashioned out of a Lucky North mare.
