The connections of this handsome boy, “Sparky”,  couldn’t find a single negative thing to say about him and heaped on superlatives to describe his winning personality. And, talk about a winner;  he’s been to the winner’s circle 12 times in his 43 starts, with 10 more in the money finishes. He’s won 3 of his 6 starts this year alone, a testament to his soundness and heart. His handler told us that they have a special whistle for him and, when he hears it in the morning, he greets them with a nicker! We admired his lovely burnt caramel color and well conformed, substantial build. His connections are retiring him while he is sound and not racing sour, hoping that that he finds his new home that will love him and appreciate him as much as they do.
