Move over, Miss Congeniality! This well mannered, classy mare truly charmed our volunteers today. Gorgeous dapples, a solid, uphill build and a sweetheart personality made her a favorite of today’s listings. She moved to Finger Lakes this summer to try her chances on a different track surface and unfortunately stumbled and unseated her rider in her first race here. While she is well mannered and had always been good to ride, she has not yet returned to full work since her stumble. Diagnostics have been inconclusive, but she has steadily returned to soundness with rest and rehabilitation. With Freud bloodlines, one could easily make this beautiful mare a broodmare while she rehabs, as Freud babies are known to go on to successful careers in eventing, jumpers, and hunters.
