It’s not everyday that we cross paths with a son of Curlin, but today was just such a day for the volunteers. As soon as he walked out of his stall we remarked on his size and solid build, but standing him up for pictures gave us the opportunity to really see what a nicely conformed fellow he is. He is lightly raced with only 6 starts and 2 in the money finishes and the owner would prefer not to put him back in race training next year. He is described as sound and, while we were conducting his interview, his regular rider approached us to tell us what a nice horse he is, great to gallop with a good brain and winning personality. This guy has a lot of class and flash, and, at only 3, will top out taller than he is right now. We have a hunch he may go fast!
