Here’s a name you could have fun with! This beauty is a well bred boy-he is by Elusive Quality out of a Southern Halo mare. He sold as a yearling for $135,000 so here’s your chance to own a six figure horse for a small fraction of that. Cockeyed Rooster last raced in November of 2016. He was brought back to the track this year to breeze but just didn’t show the same aptitude that he once did, so his owner/trainer took him back to the farm to live the good life. Cockeyed Rooster is a great choice for someone who wants to break into the world of OTTBs but is a bit reluctant to take one directly off the track. He has been let down for ample time at the farm and is ready to start his second career. His owner reports he has been ridden at the farm in an English and Western saddle.
