This very pretty mare has a soft and lovely mink-like coat. She is very well bred, and her trainer thinks she will make a good broodmare prospect. She hasn’t raced since August, and came up sore on an old knee. The knee looked good when we saw her in late October, and she jogged soundly despite being shoeless. Trainer says she is quiet to handle and has no vices – he says she is an all around nice girl. She is by top NY sire Read the Footnotes, who is a son of Smoke Glacken from the Two Punch line. Her broodmare sire is Miswaki, an international leading sire. Her dam has produced a black type runner in NY Bred stakes. Her second dam is a multiple stakes winner, as is her third dam. This mare could be a great addition to your New York breeding program – she is an outcross for sires with Storm Cat or AP Indy in their pedigrees. She should also be fine for pleasure riding.
