Cute cute cute!! There was a crowd of volunteers and shoppers exclaiming over this adorable and super sweet youngster. From her sweet disposition to her well put together conformation to her very nice movement, Cora really drew us in.
We listed Cora as a two year old last year but, alas, she was retained for racing with a different trainer. Cora has managed to break her maiden but she has struggled to break out of the non-winners of two. At her tender age, her current owner/trainer knows that racing isn’t her bag but we love this filly so much that we are certain that she will excel in another discipline. She has a beautiful, loose walk, so maybe dressage is her thing, but we could see her excelling in anything but racing.. Cora is not a tall girl (although she is still growing) but she has good bone and substance that will accommodate a bigger rider. What impressed us this morning was how polite and quiet she was while posing for her pictures. She was pulled out of her lunch and brought out into the cold rain and didn’t put a foot wrong. Cora is offered at a bargain price and we think she may be the sweet deal of the day, if not the year. Don’t wait to call on this one! Cora is by Langfuhr out of a Star Dabbler mare.
