This handsome fellow falls under the warhorse category with a long history of racing at Finger Lakes(seems like everybody knows him!). At 8 years old, he has proven that he was a serious contender on the racetrack and is ready for a less strenuous way of life. Dan has a very pretty head and a kind eye. He is on the smaller size but is well put together and cute as a button. His racing career started at Calder in Miami where he broke his maiden for Special Weight on his first outing in 2012. Since then he has raced at several racetracks on the eastern seaboard, but the majority of his starts have been here at Finger Lakes.His last win was a year ago and he has not returned to his competitive form this year. With a been-there-done-that demeanor, Dan is the consummate gentleman during his interview. His 11 wins, 7 seconds and 12 thirds is testimony to his heart and endurance.
