It’s not often that a horse with such impressive looks and breeding comes up
with a bargain price. A discerning eye will focus on this handsome
guy’s potential. By Medaglia d’Oro out of a stakes winning mare, he
was bred to be in the big leagues. In a race in NY earlier in the
spring, he was checked hard and sustained a slight crack in his
sesamoid. He has already had a month of stall rest, and is back walking, and will soon be ready for limited turnout. He is already well on his way in his rehab, and with some further patience and diligence, the vet believes he will be fine for most
disciplines.  The more we visited with him, the more we fell in love with him. We admired his solid body, intelligent eye and pretty face. He was a perfect gentleman for his photo session. Because he is currently cleared only for walking, we did not take a video. But we watched some of his race videos, and saw a well balanced good mover.
