Formichelli Gold, 2012 15.3h chestnut filly: retained by owner

This very pretty, solid boned girl with nice balanced conformation still has some growing to do, and is likely to top off at 16h or perhaps a bit more.   With her big bodied build, she will take up a taller rider’s leg. Yet she also has the compact build and lightness on her feet  that should make her an attractive polo prospect. She is showing no aptitude for racing, yet to win a race in 14 starts, so her trainer wants her to find a new career where her athleticism and good looks will better serve her. We think this is good news for people looking for a great prospect for many sporting disciplines, from eventing, jumping, barrels, to polo.  No limitations on what this lovely young filly can do! She is described as sound, and a good girl to handle and work with. Her legs are clean. She was feeling a bit frisky for her jog video, but we could see that she is a good mover, balanced and light on her feet.  She has good sport bloodlines. Her sire is Utopia, and we have placed several of his offspring over the last couple of years, and they are good movers with good personalities.  Her dam is by Belong to Me, a son of Danzig.
