Cuteness alert!! This sweet little guy is a pony trapped in a thoroughbred body! His trainer couldn’t offer enough superlatives for his wonderful, sweet personality and he very much enjoyed all of our attention as we admired his adorable little countenance! He was well bred and had only two races at NYRA before moving to Finger Lakes to give racing a go in a less competitive arena. His owner/trainer doesn’t think he’s going to cut it here and is choosing to move him along while he is sound. He is reported to be wonderful to work around with an agreeable attitude and a can-do spirit. As he walked down the shedrow in front of us, we noted a powerful engine and when we could see all of him on the road, we admired his compact, nicely conformed build. There was a consensus that he could go in any direction, even as a mount for a young rider. Even though he’s young enough to still have some growing in him, he’s not going to be a tall horse, but he’s always going to be an adorable one!
