Pretty gray alert!! Nicknamed “Julie” by the trainer’s daughter, she has become a barn favorite with her sweet personality and agreeable nature. While we were talking in the road and taking pictures, she was content to just hang out with us and started falling asleep when she was being loved on by an interested shopper. What a cutie! We loved her very feminine, refined build and her trainer reports that she is a neat freak in her stall, doing her business in one spot and never standing in it. Now that right there is a stall mucker’s best kind of horse! Her trainer has ridden her and reports that she is wonderful to ride and, in fact, is the favorite of her exercise riders as well, and never puts a foot out of place. She is reported to be sound and, on this morning, as luck would have it, had dinged up her right hind after getting cast in her stall. Julie is less competitive now although she did win two starts back and that replay video is available for viewing. We can see Julie excelling in the hunter ring or on course and, in any venue, will turn heads with her feminine good looks.
