Hurricane Alpha is one gorgeous hunk of a horse! This guy is solid! While Alpha may not be huge, his deep barrel will certainly take up a lot of leg! He is reported sound with no vices. His race trainer reports that he easy to be around and is very eager to please. He is straightforward and respectful to gallop but can get a bit strong. Alpha has no limitations, but per his trainer he just “doesn’t want to win”. Our volunteers can see this horse excelling as an eventer, but with his flat-kneed movement he could also be great in the hunter ring. With his good bone, strong shoulder, very good movement, and an eager to please attitude, he could likely excel in any discipline. Hurricane Alpha is by Alpha, who is a son of the highly sought after Bernardini and a Nijinsky mare. Hurricane Alpha’s dam is by Charismatic, who is a son of Summer Squall from teh Storm Bird branch of the Northern Dancer line. This shiny, copper boy is sure to get you noticed in any show arena!
