“Massive” is the first word that comes to mind to describe this adorable guy.  He is thick all over-the elusive big boned and tall gelding that everyone says they are hunting for.  He has been a successful racehorse at the track earning over $153,000 in his 50 starts with 6 wins, 5 seconds, and 8 thirds, however he is now slowing down a bit.  His connections had nothing but lovely superlatives to describe this guy.  He has been in their barn for many years and they are very attached to him, so a good home is an absolute must.  His trainer reports that Vagabondo could do “just about anything”.  They report he is even keeled and mild mannered.  He sounds like he could be a good prospect for someone new to the OTTB world but still an experienced horse person.  They could see him excelling in the eventing world because of his durability, athleticism, and big heart and we certainly agree! He is currently located at a farm adjacent to the track which should help ease his transition out of racehorse life.  He is used to turnout, which they report he is well behaved for.  His exercise rider reported he is a favorite to ride and she is confident his next rider will love him as much as she does.   We absolutely love these war horses who are made of steel, have done and seen it all, and who have huge hearts.  He has and excellent sport/jumping pedigree. He is a son of INclude, who is by Broad Brush out of a mare by Stop the Music from the Hail to Reason/Turn-to line.  On his dam’s side there are illustrious names such as Dixieland Band, In Reality, Seattle Slew, and Affirmed.  He is RRP 2018 eligible!
