Linesman, 2011 16h chestnut gelding: sold for racing

This stunning, flashy, lightly raced young boy is sound, kind, good to ride, and a good mover, but he just isn’t much of a racehorse. That is good news for anyone looking for an excellent prospect for the discipline of your choice. Show hunter, jumper, eventing, dressage, pleasure, we think this beauty can go in any direction. His trainer describes him as still growing and maturing, very sound, and a favorite of her young children who like to visit with him. She also notes that he is good to handle and good to ride, with no antics. She thinks he will easily transition to a new career and off track life. We observed him getting a bath, standing like a gentleman in the wash stall. He also posed quietly for his photos, with his freshly washed copper coat gleaming in the sun, with hints of unusual roaning. He had raced the day before his photo session, but he jogged off fine, none the worse for wear. He showed good balanced movement with nice reach to his jog.
