Me the Sea and GT, 2006 16.3h chestnut gelding

Big, sound, beautiful mover, and his trainer raves about what a classy gentleman he is! This stakes winning war horse, who has won over $240,000 in his illustrious racing career, may be telling his connections that his heart is no longer in racing, but he sure does have a lot left to give in a new career.  With his light, floaty, balanced movement with suspension and cadence, we would love to see him in the dressage ring, but we can certainly see him excelling in eventing, in the hunter/jumpers, or as your ideal trail and pleasure horse. Given his well balanced conformation and the fact that he is still sound after 71 starts, we were hardly surprised to see that he is such a nice mover. A horse that has held up this well in racing is going to be durable indeed. His trainer emphasized that he is such a kind and intelligent horse with a wonderful quiet temperament, great to work with, excellent to gallop and ride, perfectly behaved for the farrier. She says he has no vices whatsoever, but this year he “trains like Secretariat in the morning, and runs like Peewee Herman in the afternoon.”  So let’s find him the new job where he will train and compete like Secretariat all the time!  The best of great homes is essential for this much loved and very special horse. Do NOT let his age deter you; trust us, this one is a gem.
