Squeeeeee! They don’t get much cuter than this compact little nugget! MG broke her maiden in her debut at Finger Lakes back in July and has not had an iota of racing success since that time. Who even cares that she can’t outrun the water truck? This adorable girl is so quiet and sweet that we think she could be a mount for a younger rider who works with a trainer or has a lot of riding experience. But she is also capable of just about any discipline and will undoubtedly attract polo players with her compact, short coupled, stout build. Not everyone needs a 16 hand or taller horse and her tank-like build will take up a lot of leg. She is reported to be sound, has excellent ground manners and is quiet and kind. We absolutely fell for this darling filly and would love to follow her in her next career. Meteor Girl is by Bustin Stones out of Inter Galactic, a daughter of Incurable Optimist who in her own right had 10 career wins and $350,000 in earnings. No wonder the breeder was hoping for something more “meteoric” in her 2016 foal. Act fast on this one!
