Mind Me Boys, 2010 16h bay gelding

We could not get much information about this solid bodied young gelding due to a language barrier, but the trainer said he is sound and has no vices.  He was a gentleman for his photos and video on a cold day.  We have learned that Mind Me Boys had an injury in the early summer, and was put on the vet’s list.  We have no further information about the nature of the injury.  The trainer says that the horse had time off, became sound again, started back galloping, but that with the race meet at Finger Lakes ending for the year there simply is not time to work him off the vet’s list and then get him fit enough to race before the track closes.  And he has no shown enough racing aptitude in his 16 starts to take to the higher level track where he is going for the winter.  So he would rather find him a new career.   He is very well bred, by AP Indy’s son Master Command out of a Gulch mare, and he has a good strong solid correct build with a good shoulder that looks like he should adapt to jumping.  He appeared fine for his jog video, and showed hints of good movement even though it was cold and he could not properly jog freely under the conditions.  We have been informed that because his trainer will be leaving Finger Lakes very soon, this horse needs to find a new home as soon as possible.
