Miss Charlize, 2011, 16.2 Bay Mare

This girl is absolutely spectacular and will turn heads wherever she goes!  Coming from a shed row of quality, quality animals that are always impeccably cared for, Miss Charlize screams of class.  Her gleaming coat looks almost black and has unique roaning throughout with a very noticeable “skunk tail”.  The beautiful Miss Charlize started her career on the NYRA circuit and couldn’t hack the competition there, so was shipped to Finger Lakes where she broke her maiden in 2014. She subsequently won three in a row in the claiming ranks, from 4/16/16 to 5/7/16. Her last win was last year on 10/22/16.  This year she just hasn’t shown the same competitiveness she once had, so her connections are ready to move her onto a new discipline where she can be successful.  There is a whole lot to love about this mare and we think she will sell quickly.  Her trainer reports she is retiring sound and without vices.  She was very quiet and respectful of her handler for her jog video on the busy road.  We could see her being successful in just about any sporting discipline, but she seemed to have desirable hunter movement.  She is by Wild Desert out of a Native Prospector mare.
