This beautiful, elegant mare is described by her connections as a sweetheart who loves treats and attention and who is always well behaved and a pleasure to be around. She never acts “marish,” and has won the hearts of people in her barn who usually are not partial to mares. Moment of Triumph has been an honest hard trying race horse, racking up over $100,000 in earnings over her 52 race career, but this season she is letting her people know that she just would rather not race anymore. She is ready to move on to a new career sound and happy, with clean legs. She has lovely balanced conformation with good bone, a strong hind end and a big sloping shoulder — she looks like an athlete! For her jog video she showed off very good movement with reach from her shoulders and good push from behind. She has an outstanding pedigree for sporting/jumping disciplines. Her sire is Include, who is by Broad Brush out of a Stop the Music mare (from the Hail to Reason/Turn-to sire line). Her dam is by More than Ready, from the Halo sire line, and is out of a mare with Damascus and Seattle Slew close up in her female family. We can certainly see this mare bringing you many “moments of triumph” in eventing, hunters or jumpers!
