My Kryptonite, 2008 16.3h dark bay gelding

This much loved horse is known to his many fans around the track stable area as Clark Kent, or Clark for short.  His current connections have had him for four years, and he is their barn mascot, and beloved pet.  They admitted some tears will be shed when he leaves to go to his new home, but they know it is time to let him find a new career. They will be very picky about finding the perfect home for Clark, and would very much like his lucky new person to stay in touch.  Our volunteers fell in love with Clark too. How could you not – just look at that face, his kind and wise eyes, his handsome balanced physique, his glowing dappled velvety dark coat.  And wow is he a lovely mover — light, flowing, with suspension and a ground covering stride.  Clark is very friendly and a huge peppermint fan. His trainer says he is great to handle, and a high energy, forward, but good  guy to ride.   He is also reported to be sound, and good in turnout with other horses. And, in anticipation of an eventual new career, he has already been accustomed to mounting blocks and cross ties. His trainer, who also gallops him, says he can pull up a hay bale, step up on it, and climb right on with Clark standing there like a perfect gentleman.  Clark’s trainer and we think he would make a great event horse, but we can also see him excelling in any discipline.
