Noontime Girl, 2014 16.3h dark bay mare

Located at a farm in Clifton Springs NY, near the Finger Lakes Race Track.
Big, beautiful, a great mover, and a kind temperament — Noontime Girl has it all, and she is going to make a great sport horse for a taller rider.  And she is a half sister to “Monty,” out of the same dam , just as fancy and gorgeous as her younger bother, almost as big, and unlike her brother, she is fully trained to ride,  RRP eligible, and available at a fraction of his price!  She is a homebred, so you can learn her entire history. She had four races last year, with one second, but then she got an irritated tendon from a poor leg wrapping job, known as a “bandage bow.”  So she came back to her owner/breeder’s farm, and now her leg is cold, tight, and fully healed, she is completely sound, and she has no limitations for any new discipline.  Her owner thought about sending her back to the racetrack, but realized that by the time she got racing fit again, it would be near the end of the racing season, and as a five year old who has not yet broken her maiden,  if she did not win a race right away Noontime Girl would not be eligible to run next year.  So her owner decided that the timing was best to find her a new career.  Noontime Girl enjoys turnout, and her groom raved about her as a great mare to work with who loves her person.  Noontime Girl jogged politely with just a lead rope, no chain, and showed a flowing trot with great reach, even though there was limited space on the farm to really let her trot out.  We could tell that she is one impressive mover — her owner/breeder says that every horse produced from her dam has been a great mover. Noontime girl is by Noonmark, who is a son of Unbridled’s Song.  Her dam, Meringue, is by Smoke Glacken, who is by Two Punch.  These are sire lines coveted in the sport horse world. We think this big fancy mare is quite the bargain!
