If you are looking for a sweet, kind, certified good boy then look no further than Pauper King! King’s connections just couldn’t say enough good things about him.  In his stall, our volunteer was able to snuggle him and see for herself what a nice boy King is.  He is reported to have no vices and to be very nice to have in the barn.

He is reported to be very good to ride.  He will warm up on his own before the race but also ponies well.  His trainer reports that he trains like a champion but just has no speed in the races and he is ready to let this gem of a horse find a career he would prefer.  He is reported to be sound with no previous injuries.

For his photo shoot he modeled his thick, short coupled body happily.  He enjoyed the attention from our volunteer and his handlers.  He was respectful for his jog video, only having the lead attached under the halter. He demonstrated a natural over track and the walk and a flat-kneed lofty jog.  Pauper King is by King for a Day who is by Uncle Mo, whose offspring are desired for their excellent brains and movement, and his dam side boats Wildcat Shoes and Notebook, both also known for their ammy friendly brains and trainability.  This horse is the entire package do not let him pass you by.
