For all you fans of Prime Timber offspring (who are well known for jumping ability and good brains) here’s a chance to get a young, lightly raced, sound and athletic one for a good price. This strapping big boy has had only 7 starts, and is not showing enough racing ability to persist with a racing career. His trainer wants to find him a new career where he can excel, and they are moving him on in what they describe as completely sound condition. Because he has been taken out of training, and had only hand walked for a while, he was very up on a stormy blustery day. But he did pose elegantly for his photos, accepted our mints like a gentleman, and showed some nice suspension in the brief snippet of jog video we were able to take before a downpour. In addition to his Prime Timber/Cox;s Ridge sire line, the huge eventing/jumping potential in his pedigree also comes from his dam’s side, which brings in the Private Account/Damascus sire line.
