Miss PTG is an intrepid little mare who has remained sound and sweet after her career at Finger Lakes. Her career has peaked and she is no longer competitive at a more challenging level of racing, and she has nothing left to prove. Her handler offers that she is sound and bombproof and is taken to the paddock without a lipchain and he thinks she would be an appropriate mount for a youngster or a timid rider. She is that chill. She is easy to work around, easy to handle and just takes everything in stride. At her current racing level she faces competition that is simply outside of her game, a common situation at Finger Lakes, where horses from NYRA drop in and take all the money. Horses like Prime Time Gal have no knocks against them but they cannot continue to earn their keep when facing that competition. She was a very cooperative model for us as we snapped her conformation shots and is a cute mover to boot! Prime Time Gal has 41 lifetime starts with 4 wins, 4 seconds and 10 thirds, a decent race record. She is by Act of Duty (Mr. Prospector) out of a Northern Afleet mare. We think she is an adorable prospect for a younger, smaller rider and we think she has potential for just about any career off the track.
