This big fellow looks like one of the antique paintings of statuesque thoroughbreds but is endowed with a party-boy personality. A warhorse who is still running strong, his trainer tells us that Raffie has already dabbled in jumpers and some dressage three years ago
and has even been to some shows. He has an old osselet but as the trainer said “he’s earned it and its not slowing him down a bit”, nor did it seem to interfere with some pretty flashy movement. While this handsome fellow is still game to run, with over $200,000 in winnings, his trainer feels Raffies’s earned his retirement. We can see him dazzling the dressage world, or the show hunter ring — or just taking you on long pleasure rides. His sire, Raffie’s Majesty, is known for producing good movers, good jumpers, with great minds.
