Princess Bossy, 2012 15.1+h bay mare: sold for racing

Really good things do indeed come in smaller plain bay packages! This very pretty and sweet bay girl has big movement — a big stride, and the lovely balanced flat kneed reach of a show hunter.  She looks and moves much bigger than she measures at the withers, which suggests she will fit riders of many sizes, and anyone looking for a really nice prospect for any discipline should not pass her by over a few inches in wither height!  We admired her well put together body, clean legs, and very cute face, and her sweet quiet personality was icing on the cake.  One of our volunteers jogged her, and she was lovely to handle, trotting politely on a loose lead.  Her trainer says she is very sound, a good girl, and nice to ride, but with only one win in 22 starts racing is just not her game.      She is by Street Boss, a son of the great Street Cry who sired Zenyatta, who has Blushing Groom and Damascus in his pedigree.  Her stakes producing dam is from the Bold Ruler sire line out of a mare from the Hail to Reason sire line, with sport horse luminaries Nijinsky and  Hoist the Flag in her pedigree.  Her third dam is a multiple Grade 1 stakes producer.  We think this mare has great potential for the hunter/jumper ring or for evening or dressage, and she is offered at a bargain price.
