With the trainer’s busy schedule at the track last Saturday, our volunteers were only able to see this mare in her stall, but she does seem to have a bright personality. Trainer states that she will need an experienced new owner, but she does well with a confident handler.  Pumpkin Lane has an old knee injury that is sometimes sore after racing, but she is always sound after a few days and the trainer does not believe it will affect her at all with a workload lighter than race training. We will hopefully get some better pictures and video on a  coming weekend to show this mare’s true beauty!  She needs to find a new home as soon as possible.
