Queen Diva, 2015 16.1h chestnut filly

Located at a farm near Finger Lakes Race Track in Farmington, NY (near Rochester).  Volunteers were wowed by this very pretty, sweet and kind peppermint hound that is anything but a Diva! On a cold and blustery day with excited horses erupting behind her, she stood  patiently while we photographed her. She truly earned those peppermints. We admired her kind eye, uphill build, strong shoulder, and clean legs. When she finishes growing and fills out, not only will she be bigger, but we think she will be stunning. Her connections said she is sound, and an easy and straightforward filly to gallop, and has no vices. She has managed only one win in her 18 starts, and since it looks like that second win will be elusive, it is time to let her shine in a new career. With her lovely movement, we think she can excel in many sporting careers, from show hunters to dressage to eventing. She showed a light and flowing trot with tons of suspension! She has an excellent pedigree for sporting disciplines. Her sire Gio Ponti was a champion running on turf, and he is by Tale of the Cat out of an Alydar mare. Her dam is by Maria’s Mon, who is one of the most coveted sires in the sport horse world. Her third dam is a sister to the great Triple Crown winner Affirmed.  Don’t miss out on this kind and pretty filly with huge potential!
