We saw this very nicely put together filly pretty much on the fly, snapping pictures quickly as the rain intensified. We loved her strong shoulder and deep chest, along with a lovely neck. She is lightly raced with only 8 starts and has yet to have any success on the track. She ran 4 days after her interview with us and proved that her heart is just not in the racing game. In searching her pedigree and race record, we observed that her dam, Citrine, was a hard-knocking racemare who finished her career at Finger Lakes after amassing an amazing 17 wins out of 83 starts. Citrine was by Rodeo (Gone West) and it is safe to say that she has a stout pedigree for sporting disciplines. She is reported to be sound and we observed clean legs and a nice jog with good balance and cadence. Radiating Color is definitely going to need to find her new home by the end of the meet, which is rapidly approaching. Hitch up your trailers and make a trip to Finger Lakes to meet her in person and take her home!
