Here’s a big, strapping, sound gelding whose being offered at a bargain price for end of the meet dispersal. He has been a decent earner with few starts, but an almost 50% in the money finishes. He is described as sound, kind and gentle, with a good work ethic and can-do attitude. We admired his big, beautiful shoulder and very nice movement at the jog. He does have one club foot but it in no way affects his soundness. Rancho is well bred, a son of Girolamo (A P Indy) out of a Medaglia D’Oro mare. There’s so much to like about this young gelding that we feel confident he will be snapped up quickly.
