Like his stablemate, Rope a Dope is a recent arrival at Finger Lakes and has had quite the travel itinerary. He was bred to be the real deal, sired by Broken Vow out of a Maria’s Mon mare, and he certainly showed promise at an early age.He won his first out as a two year old at Kentucky Downs, ridden by Rosie Napravnik for a $91,000 purse! He went on to win three more races with four more in the money finishes. Although he has been relatively lightly raced with 36 starts, he has some set osselets and his connections just don’t want to run him anymore. He is reported to be a sweetheart with a kind personality and without vices. He jogged sound on the morning of his interview and his connections state that he has been sound since he shipped in to them. This still young horse still has a lot of good years left in him!
