This petite young lady just never grew enough to be a fighting force on the race track, but if you’re in the market for a pony sport horse, you have found your girl!!! While her small size is just not helping her any on the track, this young horse has clean legs, jogged sound with nice movement.  Despite her small size, she surprised us with a big, ground covering trot.  We could see her as a pony club horse, pony jumper, or dressage pony for the pony crazed child-or the pony crazed child that lives in all of us adults!   Pony breeders should take note.  Anyone looking to breed for a large pony hunter may be interested in crossing Sober Nite with a welsh pony for a pony sized package complete with a horse brain.  She displayed wonderful manners on a brisk morning that had several of his track mates feeling exuberant.
