Located at the Finger Lakes Race Track in Farmington, NY (near Rochester, NY).  A nice slow simmer is a perfect depiction of this mare’s personality. Her connections report that she has “never moved fast enough to injure herself” but also never moved fast enough to make a successful racehorse. She is very lightly raced with only 10 starts.  She has only hit the board 1 time in those starts.  Simmering Miss is with a trainer who takes lovely care of his horses.  We are always excited to see what he is going to pull out when he waves us down at the track for a listing.  You can trust that she has been correctly handled and managed. Her groom reports that she is very nice to work with with no vices, a nice mover, and has a good brain.  Unfortunately for him, she is also just very slow.  We think she will be very successful in a different career!  She is by Simmard out of a Pleasant Tap mare.
