He was a $135,000 yearling, and he has showed his heart and soundness with 12 wins, 15 seconds, and 10 thirds in a 75 race career, with earnings of nearly $175,000. He has even won two races this year. When a horse holds up this well and remains clean legged and competitive in a long race career like Siro has had, you know you are getting a sound and durable horse who will give you all he’s got for many more years. With so many wins, there are few race conditions left for him, so his trainer wants to find him a great new home that can bring out his talents for a new career. He is described as having a great personality, an easy keeper who loves all kinds of treats — peppermints, apples, carrots — and he deserves those treats!
