This gorgeous dappled beauty is a favorite of all of the FLF volunteers who have seen her on two different occasions — and she is a trainer favorite too!  She is beautiful, and her trainer says she is a kind, mellow mare who is great to work with,  sound with no vices.  She has been a good race mare, with 4 wins and over $112,000 in earnings in only 23 starts. She has won or placed at the top tracks such as Belmont and Aqueduct and Keeneland, and she has run well on turf and dirt.  This admirable record is the sign of an athletic and versatile mare with a great work ethic — all traits that bode well for success in a new sporting career.  Town Tart is ready to move on to a new career because this year her heart just isn’t in racing anymore. She posed like a model for her photo session, and then she jogged politely alongside her trainer on a loose lead, showing good ground covering movement. She is by Tizdejavu, who is a son of Tiznow. Her dam is an Unbridled’s Song granddaughter.  These are exceptional sport horse lines!
