Tree Baby is a homebred, sired by the connections’ 2004 New York Derby winner, who has shown absolutely no aptitude for racing. The breeder fondly remembers her as a cheeky little baby and she acquired the nickname “She Devil”! She has grown up to be a nice filly who is very brave when galloping and does everything asked of her, everything but running fast. Because of slow works Tree Baby is unraced and she is no longer being pointed in that direction. Her trainer states that she has a chip in the lower joint of her knee and he can provide more information/xrays if desired. We think that, at the price, with her flashy good looks, uphill build and solid body, a simple surgery to remove chips would reward you with a sound, pretty, young horse to bring along as you desire.
