Not to be undone by the many gorgeous bay thoroughbreds we saw on a very busy morning, Ucantcatchmybreath wowed us with his gleaming dappled coat and flashes of cute movement. His handler was not accustomed to standing up horses for formal conformation pictures and his photographer gets kudos for capturing these beautiful photos. One of the grooms who was nearby offered that U is nice to work around, is without vices and is just not competitive after managing to break his maiden. He is Kentucky bred by Heavy Breathing (Giant’s Causeway) out of a Leroidesanimaux mare (Leroidesanimaux is the sire of champion Animal Kingdom), so he sports an impressive pedigree. With only 7 lifetime starts, we think this youngster has an exciting future that should include some turnout before starting his retraining. He was very fresh on an unusually cool morning on the backside and the lipchain was a tool to keep everyone safe. Don’t wait to call on this handsome young horse.
