Ukiah, 2016 15.3+h bay filly

Located at Finger Lakes Race Track, Farmington, NY
Frost Giant fans, better act fast to try to get this lovely daughter of that coveted sport horse sire!  With her good looks and  movement we have a feeling she is going to be popular. In her 6 races, Ukiah has shown no racing aptitude, so her trainer wants to find her a new career.  She is described as very sensible and level headed, good to handle with no vices, and sound.  We observed clean legs and a very polite and respectful filly who did whatever her handler asked.   She has a strong shoulder and a deep heart girth, with an elegant neck and head.  Her dapples and chrome add to the pretty picture; when she finishes growing into her leggy frame and fills out she is going to be stunning.  She jogged politely, showing a big and light trot. She is by Frost Giant, who is a son of Giant’s Causeway out of a Gone West mare.  Her dam, Apocolyptic, is by Hickman Creek, who is a son of Seattle Slew out of a Buckpasser mare, and she is out of a mare by Silent Screen, by Prince John.  We have placed many Frost Giant offspring, and everyone that we know who has them always wants more.  They are succeeding in eventing, in dressage, and in the hunter ring.  They are known for good brains and work ethics, jumping ability, and good movement.
