Value Boy, 2012, 16.2h Grey Gelding

Beautiful grey alert!  Value Boy has been a decent racehorse with 10 in the money finishes out of this 29 starts but just isn’t showing the same level of competitiveness to bring back for an additional year.  Here is a fabulous opportunity to have a gorgeous horse as a partner in a different discipline!  He is described as clean legged and sound.  On a very windy day that had lots of horses jumping out of their skin, Value Boy was cool as a cucumber.  He has a kind, intelligent eye and showed nice movement at the jog.  His uphill build should appeal to many riders in the sporting disciplines.  His trainer reports that at the track he is a bit of a stall walker and can be difficult to keep weight on.  He says this goes away at the farm with some turnout, which is quite common.  He has no other vices.  Horses of this size and caliber (and grey to boot) sell quite quickly.  We should suggest calling quickly if you are seriously interested.
