Located at the Finger Lakes Race Track in Farmington, NY (near Rochester, NY).  Another one with a super fun name to follow him into his second career!  His connections describe Wiggles as “a good egg” who “never does anything wrong”.  They think he will make a great riding horse in a different discipline.  They also feel that he would be a good choice for a junior rider or someone looking to get into the world of OTTBs (with a professional’s assistance of course).  Wiggles is reported to be retiring sound and without any stall vices.  We visited with him for a while in his stall and he was very sweet and personable.  He seemed to enjoy all the attention!  Wiggles has earned just over $47,000 in his 23 starts with 4 wins, 1 second, and 3 thirds.  In his two starts this year, Wiggles did not hit the board, so he is definitely ready for a new career!  His trainers report that although Wiggles has a strong dislike for the starting gate and was refusing to enter it towards the end of last year. They report this has solely been a starting gate issue and that he trailers and travels just fine.  They’re taking this as a sign that he’s ready for something new! Wiggles came out with his lead rope clipped under his chin-no chain needed for this cutie.  He is by Soaring Empire out of a Pure Prize mare.  We think Wiggles would be another great prospect for RRP 2020!  He’s had some let down time at the farm and is ready to start his next career!
